A drop is counted when a listing's cheapest weighed size is at least 5% below the price it carried seven days ago. Sizes parked at $999 (LittleBiggy's sold-out convention) are ignored, so a restock never shows as a cut. We check LittleBiggy hourly, log every change, and convert to GBP at ~0.79.
