LittleBiggy Not Loading? Here Is How to Get Back In
If LittleBiggy will not open, or the site loads but the items page stays blank or stuck spinning, you are almost certainly not locked out for good. Nine times out of ten it is a network or rendering hiccup, not the marketplace disappearing. Here is how to tell which it is, how to fix it, and how to keep browsing every live listing in the meantime.
First: is it down for everyone, or just you?
Before you change anything, check whether the site is actually offline. Our live LittleBiggy status check runs an automatic up or down test so you are not guessing. If it reads up but you still cannot get in, the problem is on your side of the connection, and the fixes below will usually sort it.
The items page loads blank or never finishes
This is the most common one: the site opens but the wall of listings never renders, or it hangs on a spinner. It is nearly always your network filtering or throttling part of the page rather than a fault at LittleBiggy. Try these in order:
- Switch networks. On home broadband, turn Wi-Fi off and load it on mobile data instead (or the other way round). A lot of UK ISPs quietly interfere with the connection, and just changing network fixes it instantly.
- Open a private window. A stale cache or a browser extension can break the page. A fresh private or incognito window rules that out in seconds.
- Clear the cache for the site, then reload.
- Give it a minute and retry. The listings wall is heavy and can time out under load; a second attempt often renders fully.
The site will not open at all
If nothing loads, your connection is probably being blocked before it reaches the site, usually at the ISP or DNS level. Options:
- Change your DNS to a public resolver, or switch to mobile data, which often routes around a home-network block.
- Use the onion mirror. The same index is reachable over Tor, which sidesteps most network-level blocks. Use the real LittleBiggy onion address so you are not caught out by a fake one.
- Wait and come back. If the status check says the site itself is down, no local fix will help; outages are usually short and it comes back.
Keep browsing while it is being difficult
Even when the main items wall will not render, you do not have to sit and wait. Biggy Search is an independent index of every live LittleBiggy listing, with GBP prices and a price-per-gram sort, on one plain page that loads when the heavy wall will not. Find what you are after, compare value across sellers, then open the listing to order as normal. It is not affiliated with LittleBiggy and never ranks one seller above another; it just makes the same listings easier to reach and compare.
So: check the live status first, switch network or browser if it is only the items page, fall back to the onion mirror if you are blocked, and use the index to keep browsing either way.
